Soccer Drama!
Hey Peeps!
As promised on the show this week, here is the link to watch the video of the girl who lost her mind in a soccer match in the southwestern United States. I do not excuse her behaviour and she has been suspended from her team indefinitely, but when you see the footage you'll realize this is no worse than seeing boys or men in hockey games punching each other in the face. I hate double standards!

Big News on The Young & The Restless!
Don't know about you, but a guilty pleasure of mine is watching The Young and the Restless. I've been a fan for years and a few months ago I became quite upset when it looked like Eric Braeden who has played the nefarious "Victor Newman" would be leaving the show because of a contract dispute. Eric and "Victor" have been a staple on Y&R for over two decades so you can imagine how upsetting it was to think that Eric would have to leave because of money issues.
Rihanna Speaks Out!
In case you missed it, late last week Rihanna spoke out for the first time on her domestic violence situation with Chris Brown. Rihanna appeared on Good Morning Amercia as well as on 20/20 to let the world know what went down with her and Chris on that fateful February night. I've watched the interview and I think that Rihanna handled herself very well discussing a topic that you can just see still hurts and affects her to a huge degree.
Adaptation
Good day to All,
I had the opportunity this week to meet a guy with a heart of gold. He was in the forestry world, cutting down trees, to ensure he has the lumber for its myriad of uses. But that business isn't doing so good, so at the age of 48 he has taken on a new career challenge. The world sure is changing, huh, and we have to adapt or we'll be lost.

On Fire!
Hello!
So happy to be able to communicate with you via my blog page. It has been quite awesome "in the lab" preparing for this week's show. The KAS team and I have been hard at work to bring you an exciting show, including my chat with Dave Rancourt - lead singer of the band The Mission District, (and ladies, he is very cute!!!). Also, Murray Sherriffs has been crafting another masterpiece for his "Here Comes The Sheriff" segment, and he will be talking about one of his favorite topics - WOMEN! Gotta love Mur!
The Sorry State of Manners Today!
Oh Gawd, I never know what to say when Kelly asks me to blog. Do I discuss my sex-life? No that wouldn't do and who would care?? Perhaps a dissertation on the silliness of Al Gore . I know, what about what happened to me this morning when I was shopping for groceries and that insufferable woman who bumped my ankles and DIDN'T say she was sorry??! She could have said something that has her admitting her transgression, because it was a good hit. I would have even accepted a look that acknowledged she was in my space and knew she was wrong. Nope, nothing!!.
Let The Sun Shine!
Happy Friday,
Sure hope the sun in shining where you are. Fall is here but the sun on my face this morning and the coolish breeze makes me yearn for a fire, old friends, older wine and good conversation.
Have a wonderful weekend,
Mur

We're here!
This is just so cool!!!
Working with Kelly has been a treat for the past couple of years in a traditional workplace, but this is new and exciting and the unknown is always intriguing, huh?
The rules are more relaxed on the 'net, so you'll hear more edgy stuff talked about by yours truly. Not edgy like shock value, but hey let's face it, politically-correctness has made our world sooo very different and it's a difference I find unappealing.
