We Are The World 25 For Haiti

The new version of  "We Are The World" has been recorded and released as "We Are The World 25 For Haiti." It boasts an array of A-list singers such as; Usher, Celine Dion, Pink, Wyclef Jean, Barbara Streisand, Janet Jackson, Josh Groban, The Black Eyed Peas and more. The track was recorded on February 1st, 2010, in the same studio as the original 25 years earlier, (Henson Recording Studios, formerly A&M Recording Studios). 

Just like last time, Lionel Ritchie and Quincy Jones were a part of this project, and fortunately through the miracle of technology, so was Michael Jackson. The producers were able to splice in some of his lines from the original tune 25 years ago.

Overall, kudos to the producers for arranging this project as it will raise money for a very worthy cause, although, they went a little crazy on the auto-tune. Pay close attention to Justin Bieber, Wyclef Jean and L'il Wayne and you'll understand what I mean.
